The Nitara Connector is an IoT gateway that links the Milk Analyzer, Weighing Machine, and Printer with the Nitara app and cloud. It automates milk collection, calculates payments, and uploads data digitally — replacing manual entry and registers.
When milk is poured, the Weighing Machine captures the quantity, and the Milk Analyzer measures quality parameters like Fat and SNF. The Connector automatically records both readings, computes the price, and sends it to the Nitara platform.
No problem — the Connector works 100% offline. It stores all farmer entries securely on the device and auto-syncs them to the cloud once internet returns. No data is lost or duplicated.
