Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Make sure the Connector is powered on and within range (10 meters). Restart both the Connector and the app, then try pairing again.

Possible causes: Printer power is OFF, wrong baud rate, or incorrect parity configuration.

Solution: Ensure the printer is powered ON. Verify communication settings (baud rate and parity) match between the Connector settings and the printer.

The system will receive only weight data. Milk analysis parameters (FAT, SNF, etc.) will not be available. A milk analyzer must also be connected for complete readings.

Milk analysis data will be received. However, milk quantity must be entered manually since weight data will not be available.
